Maintaining Positivity, Balance, and Mental Health

Our generation is emphasizing mental health and well-being more than ever before. In fact, self-care has become a +$450 billion industry, and it’s continuing to grow at a rapid rate. In addition, a 2020 survey revealed that nearly half of Gen Zs and Millennials ranked their mental health as their topmost or second priority in life.

So how do we stay positive when we don’t know when things will go back to normal?

Positivity doesn’t mean ignoring reality. It’s about knowing how to positively and efficiently handle challenges and hard times. Here are some helpful ways to keep your peace of mind and have a healthy work-life balance.

Set healthy boundaries.

The key to having a successful career while enjoying your personal life is a healthy-work life balance. Setting boundaries in every aspect of your life is important, but sometimes these boundaries are blurred. A prime example of this is how our work and home lives have been intertwined when we all started working at home full-time last year.
